Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, which is just a short walk from Monet's Garden. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, including a lovely dinner that exceeded my expectations. While my initial booking was unfortunately impacted by a last-minute change, the quick and generous solution provided by the staff truly saved my trip. Overall, it’s a fantastic place with a charming atmosphere.
During my recent stay, I encountered some significant ups and downs. The hotel itself is charming, with beautiful gardens and modern amenities. However, my experience was marred by last-minute cancellations of my reservations, which felt unprofessional. On the bright side, the suite I stayed in was clean and comfortable, and I truly enjoyed the dining experience. Overall, while there were highlights, the lack of communication from management left a sour impression.
I had a wonderful stay at this charming inn, which is bursting with character and warmth. The location is perfect for exploring Monet's house and gardens, making it an ideal spot for art lovers. The room I stayed in was clean and beautifully equipped, though not having a separate bathroom might be a minor drawback for some. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Dining was a highlight, with a delightful meal that exceeded my expectations.
My stay at the hotel was quite the mixed bag. On the one hand, the grounds are beautiful and so close to Monet's gardens, making for a wonderful backdrop. The breakfast experience was also unique and enjoyable, bringing fresh delights right to my room. However, the service left a lot to be desired, and the overall pricing felt unreasonably high compared to the amenities offered. Overall, it had its charms but certainly some significant drawbacks too.
I had a frustrating experience at this hotel after my long-anticipated stay was abruptly canceled only 48 hours before arrival. Communication from management was lacking, and although the grounds looked beautiful, the overall handling of the situation was quite unprofessional. If you’re lucky enough to have a reservation honored, the amenities could offer a great experience, but my personal experience left a lot to be desired.
